Mark Rhodes has been in the jewelry business since 1973. Having taken courses from the Gemological Institute of America, he has become an expert in his field. Having owned and/or managed 8 jewelry stores has provided him with the training, knowledge and experience to maximize his buying power, respond to the ever-changing trends in the industry, and forge relationships with some of the jewelry world’s premier designers and manufacturers. His many years behind the bench, working with the torch, puts him eons ahead of the vast majority of jewelry store personnel when it comes to knowing what can and can’t be done in the areas of jewelry design and manufacture.

Debbie Rhodes makes the store run like clockwork.  She is the organizer and driving force when it comes to customer service, display, layout, marketing and the overall appearance of the store.  Her attitude, friendliness, humor, desire to please, and ever-present smile makes the store a pleasant experience for anyone who comes in.  It is impossible to meet her and not fall immediately in love with her.  She is one of the first faces you will see when you enter our store, and she is guaranteed to impress every time.

Eric Rhodes entered the family business shortly after high school. His dedication to the business is readily apparent the first time you meet him. He is one of our chief buyers and strives very hard to keep up on changing styles, trends and fashions. He (like Mark) has a lot of experience behind the bench and is very skilled with the torch handling most any kind of repair. As the one who has had extensive training and experience with the state-of-the-art laser welder, he will handle the repairs on your eyeglasses, costume, antique and delicate jewelry.  An expert at engraving, Eric can personalize any jewelry purchased from us and he will be happy to inscribe the inside of your rings with the message of your choice.

Brian Rhodes has been in the business since the early 1990's, when he started designing his own beautiful line of religion themed jewelry.  With a sincere desire to please that few people possess, he excels at customer service and people never leave the store thinking they have not been well cared for.  He is a perfectionist in everything that he does and is not happy until every detail of every transaction has been carried through to the customer's complete satisfaction.  He left the store to obtain his master's degree and teaching credential, but he's returned permanently (much to the delight of us and his loyal customers).  He enjoys working in the store and keeping up on the latest jewelry fashions.  He, along with Eric, is an expert engraver, and he designs and creates our advertising campaigns and is the technology guru of the store. 

Jana Matecna brings a pleasant European flair to our store. A customer service representative with a sweet smile, an eagerness to help, and a highly tuned fashion sense, she will make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Having been in the jewelry business for many years, she is an expert designer and has a great deal of knowledge in the field of jewelry fashion. She is one of our buyers and an important member of our sales and marketing team. Jana also has designed and created an impressive line of beautiful beaded necklaces and bracelets. Intricate, delicate and colorful, they are sure to add class and glamour to your jewelry wardrobe.

Marci Cardinal is the kind of person who will make your experience in our store a most pleasant one.  With an ever-present smile, a cheerful attitude and a willingness to help with whatever your needs are, she is sure to please every time.  She is a vital part of our customer service department and will take care of whatever needs you may have with courtesy, cheerfulness and professionalism.  With outstanding taste and a fashion style not possessed by many, she also has the ability to give you just the look you are after in fulfilling your jewelry needs.  After many years in the designing end of the business, she brings many talents and strengths to our already strong team. 

Tony Nguyen is our resident goldsmith. A master craftsman and skilled artisan for over 30 years, Tony is a wizard with a torch. He handles most of our repairs, from the simplest soldering of a broken chain, to the most difficult and intricate filigree rebuild, or total jewelry restoration.  Fast and accurate, he can do many repairs while you wait.  He will custom make the jewelry of your dreams, with the only limitation being your imagination. An expert wax carver, he can bring your ideas to reality. He will carve your wax, show it to you and fine tune it until it is exactly the way you want it. He will then cast it in 14 karat gold, silver or platinum, set in it the gemstones of your choice and polish it and finish it to perfection.  Old world craftsmanship and attention to detail are fast becoming a thing of the past.  We are proud and excited to have someone of Tony's caliber in our corner!
